The incredible nature surrounding this house, between the Alsace countryside
and the Vosges mountain peaks, has inspired the flavour of our food. Each season
brings its local produce.
Two generations work side by side in the kitchen.
Christelle, the daughter, is self-taught, and will introduce you to creative
cuisine with “a woman’s touch”, created around seasonal produce.
Roland, her father, will share with you his 40 years of culinary passion, and
introduce you to local dishes and authentic cuisine.
Wine too has its special
place in the “art of entertaining”. Frédéric, “the
son-in-law” and highly skilled sommelier, has created a list of original
wines which is constantly developing, with around 140 different items, leaving
plenty of room for “small” relatively unknown producers, creating
magnificent wines which pay glorious tribute to their land.
