Follow the RN66 to Kruth. At the church, turn left, signposted Col d’Oderen. Continue for 6 km and when the road forks, turn right for Le Frenz.
From Ventron head towards Col d’Oderen for 6 km. As you come down the pass, take the left fork for Le Frenz.
